we played outside

Yesterday we went outside so Bishop could drive his truck he got for his birthday, he did actually press the gas pedal a few times, but really not in to driving it yet. I had to walk beside him with the umbrella. But he did check out underneath the hood and play in the sandbox for a while. Miss Bella just chilled out in sissys arms. It felt good only in the 70's. Bonnie also came by yesterday to see her and Bishop. Today we are actually going out to her 2 wk check up, and to visit my grandmother she is not feeling well these days at all, maybe this will cheer her up. On another note Ronnie put his car in the shop today--his starter went out 2 days before the baby was born--how convienent so he has been driving mine for a couple of weeks, lets just hope it doesn't cost a fortune because we don't have it. So here are some pictures from yesterday.

A personal Dedication to my sweet Sister

I want to dedicate this post to my sweet Sister and Family. We couldn't have made it this last 9 days with out them.
Sister, I love you so much and you being with me this last week has meant more to me than you know. I am so happy that I have you, and that we are so close that we can and do tell each other everything. Not everyone has that. sniff sniff--You have given me and my babies so much I wish I could take you on a nice beach vacation and give you all the spa treatments and let us shop till we drop, okay so we know that won't happen at least in the near future--maybe 1 day. I really missed you when you left yesterday as well as Bishop and Bella, can't wait for you to come back tomorrow, I wished you could stay another week, but I know David and your babies need you-- BTW--did you get those stains out yet?? Anyways if you ever need anything I will always be here for you --kidney, broke shopping buddy, shoulder, etc. you get the picture. I love you so much. My babies do too, cant wait to see you tomorrow.

David thank you so much for keeping my little "dude" while I was giving birth , I know he enjoyed himself so much , he so loves you, as she will as well, you are very important to us. Thank you also for letting my Sister stay with me this whole time I know you missed her being at home but she has helped me more than you know.

okay enough crying, Bella had a new life experience she had her 1st bath.

Yay!! Our levels were 17 today!!!!

So I know it hs been a few days--but we are soooooooooooooo tired. Okay so we got to leave Tuesday night around 7 pm, I burst into tears when I saw Bishop I had missed him sssssssssooooo much, he had changed so much--he gained 6 lbs. since he had been sick--he was a changed boy.
Okay so for Bella --when we got to leave her levels were at 12.5 --they were 12.3 that morning--we got to leave but had an appointment for the next afternoon (wed) to check her levels again she had gained 1 oz so she was 6.7 lbs she was down from her birth weight 10% -- and her bilirubin had jumped to 16.?--not really great--so we needed to come back tomorrow Thursday--so we go back they jumped to 18.? , friday had to go back again 19.? so we needed to come back again--saturday today and they were 17--yay---we are going down --so happy , even Dr Huss was really excited to tell us. So we don't have to go back to Vanderbilt until next friday for her 2 week check up-- It will be so wonderful to stay at home all day tomorrow--we may not even get out of our P.J.'s , whoo hoo. I want to take my baby home.......

So we are still here. I am discharged actually yesterday but Princess Bella has a little jaundice problem that she is not working through as fast as Bishop did. It is because of our blood type incompatibility , I am O neg and she is A. It is taking her some time to get my blood out of her system. She looks great, and all other things are good, feeding well, pooping well. We are told that she needs to stay under the lights and on the blanket for another day and test her again to see if it is going down. So maybe in the middle of the night she will stop the lights and make sure it doesn't start to rise again. She started on saturday with a billirubin (sp?) of 6.6 then rose to 14.? yesterday which is a big jump, and the test this morning messed up and they are now waiting for another reading. I think sister might come and stay tonight and Ronnie may go home and let BB know we havent left him. I miss him too. I love you BB.

ok I think I'm Ready!!!!

As I sit here typing this, my thoughts are just racing. Oh, i so hope everything goes okay today. I am nervous this time, I guess last time I didn't have as much time to think about it.
My Thoughts:
Is it really going to be a girl??
I hope it is healthy.
I am soooooooooooo going to miss BB this weekend, I know I will see him in bits and pieces but...
Will it be an easy labor??
Will she be here by 3 pm?
Is she going to be big?

Anyways I just need to get over it and go do this thing.

What did momma always say about sitting to close to the TV??

I asked Ronnie to leave the car seat for me today because I wanted to clean it. Well Bishop and his new morning ritual of watching "mo" on Sesame Street (Elmo) he was sitting on the couch when i left the room , I came back and he had his car seat all the way up to the TV--how funny, just like momma always told you--"Your sitting to close to the TV--Your going to hurt your eyes!!" Anyways thought it was funny had to share. This will probably be my last post until after I see the adoring eyes of my new baby girl Bella. Until then stay safe and Happy--and say little prayers that everything comes out ok. Love you all. me

On another sad note my Bishop is sick and has had a virus for 2 days --he is a little weak form not being able to keep anything down--sweet boy he just wants his mommie to hold him. I sure hope I dont get it --its going to be a rough week if I do--me and Lindsey Bella really dont want it. talk later-- oh I am dilated to 2 and 70% efaced(sp?) we are on our way but my blood pressure was up--not a good thing.
