I also used my spellbinders dies on DCWV metallic paper, and a couple of scrap stampin up stickers for borders and the background paper. We had a great time, I scared the trick or treaters, and handed out candy (since my foot is still where I can't walk)and Ronnie and Nonna took our babies trick or treating, they got lots of candy.

I used my cricut cartridge Mothers Day the doile at 5.5 inches, colored my Surfing Oliver with my Copics, with Kelly Panacci pp Passion, on with DCWV cardstock, a ticket sticker from Kelly P. too, and stamped Happy Birthday on it.

Bella's hurt nose
Here is a layout I did for the layout sketch challenge on the Bo Bunny blog [ click here to go there}. I used Bo Bunny papers , and cut some images from the love bandit line , and a journal block also. Letters are Thickers. It hurts me everytime I see this picture, her eyes turned black and everything. I just knew they would have to do a crainy or something after she calmed down she vomited all over the both of us as we were getting out of the car( bad sign), but her nose was not even broke..thank goodness. You can barely see her scar now. Thanks for looking!

My Mommy

I am not sure where to begin, but to those who don't know I lost my Mommy on July 30, 2010 around 11:00 pm, I cant even explain the hurt in my heart. As I sit here and write this there is tears falling from my eyes. I want to scream out and just cry. My heart has been ripped out and stomped on. I loved her so much, I was always her baby girl and I always will be, she said. I want her to tell me bye, haunt me talk to me something, I need to know she is okay. I never believed in ghost, but now i want to try..is this crazy?? she always did. I am too young for this and so was she...this all gives me the true meaning of live for today. My favorite quote is "Dream as if you will live forever, live as though you will die today" by James Dean..this makes so much more sense to me now. I thought I knew what this meant I didn't. I bought 2 bracelets , One to put on her arm and one for me to wear everyday, and it says "May the Lord bless you and keep you.." it has a small purple stone and made from black braided leather. I hope she know I put this on her and that we will somehow bee connected by this forever. I don't know how I can make this pain go away, I hope she knew she meant a lot to me and and that I loved her, there will never be another person that probably loved me more, I know Ronnie loves me but this love that I talk about that you have for your children I cant even tell you..I know my children mean everything in the world to me, and that is such a strong bond that a mother has for her children nothing can break it.
On the day of her burial, I knew we didn't have anyone to speak so Charles got up and spoke from his heart and a couple of verses from the bible..those were the sweetest words and I hope that she heard them. I wasn't planning on speaking because I am so afraid to get up in front of people, but after Uncle Mike got finished, something stood me up on my 2 feet and I found myself standing in front of everyone, without a planned word to say, I was so scared so I just pretended I was kinda talking to her. I think she was willing me to do it, because she knew I would have regretted it later. She has a nice spot in Beech Cemetery up on a hill under the shade of some trees. Charles has reserved the plot next to her where they will be together again eventually. She had the most beautiful flowers, I know she would have loved them, Her casket was also as beautiful as one can be. I hope she is resting peaceful up on that hill.

one of my Favorite Layouts
This Layout was totally done except for the kraft cardstock it is on with American Crafts Products from the ribbon, brads, buttons, the little foamy stickers, thickers, cardstock which I distressed to the max and inked, the flower which I punched out and folded all togther. OMG..where have I been
sorry my blog peeps...not sure where the last 2 months went.. I am still alive..we didnt float away with the floods we had, we did make a trip to the ER one night, Bella fell hit the stone & metal coffee table across the bridge of her nose and eye...totally freaked out ...I thought we were gonna have to do a crainy ..but when we arrived she vomited everywhere ..literally me & her were dripping standing in the ER...did a CT scan..she was okay nothing broke either..Thank you God for that..then she got 5 stitches .. and as of know it has healed up nicely but no out in the sun for 6 months w/o a hat & sunscreen..my poor lil'punkin.
umm what else me & my friends Jen and April went to Myrtle beach for a short visit to a scrapping retreat, Jen drove we had a good time until hwe heard what was happening back here..but no national news we heard it from facebook..how weird is that, we were supposed to come back in on Sunday late but decided to stay until morning to leave so we could she where to go and since all the interstates were messed up, thank goodness we did..because we had a blow out.. but with the trusty knowledge that my Dad made me change all the tires on my car before i turned 16.. I knew how..so somewhere on FB they video it and I am changing the tire..lol..
...other new Shelby will have his Graduation this friday i believe, Go Shelby!!
umm scrapped about 6 pgs at the retreat and a few cards..but need to start cranking out alot more..been practing my coloring, I think I am getting better..but definitietly miss my girls at the Stamp night at the Church in Hermitage ..I am coming next month dont care what plans, or what comes up.....I AM COMING!!

oh oh I almost forgot ..I went to the Famous Crane Crawfish Boil.. had a great time and did my first ceg stand...ahhh so much fun!!! if you want to see the video here is the link
